Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a complex and ever-changing diary across multiple international time zones
- Coordinating extensive international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and ground transport

About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, discreet and proactive, with the confidence to work independently and anticipate needs before they arise.
You'll likely have:
- 2-5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar support role
- Experience supporting a senior executive, founder, principal or high-profile individual
- Strong diary management and international travel coordination experience
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft polished, professional emails
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A professional, polished and highly discreet approach
- The ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar productivity platforms
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
The Environment
This is a small private office rather than a large corporate environment, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously and taking ownership of their workload.
You'll be supporting a principal who is widely regarded as respectful, personable and considerate, whilst gaining exposure to an influential global network spanning business, government, philanthropy and social impact. xwzovoh
