We are partnering with a fast-growing global investment bank to appoint an Executive Assistant to support a newly established front-office deal team in London.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a business during a significant period of growth, supporting a team as it establishes and expands its presence in London. Initially, you'll support a Senior Managing Director, Managing Director and Vice President, with the team expected to grow to around eight investment professionals over the coming months.


Working alongside an experienced Executive Assistant team, you'll become an integral part of a collaborative, high-performing environment where Executive Assistants are viewed as genuine business partners. This is an opportunity to build trusted relationships from the outset, helping shape the support function as the team grows.


The Role

  • Providing Executive Assistant support to a newly established front-office deal team, including a Senior Managing Director, Managing Director, Vice President and junior investment professionals.
  • Building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, anticipating priorities and ensuring the team operates as efficiently as possible.
  • Managing highly complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple international time zones.
  • Coordinating extensive international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries, visas and end-to-end logistics.
  • Organising internal and external meetings, client calls, video conferences and team schedules.
  • Preparing itineraries, meeting materials and briefing packs to support a busy front-office team.
  • Processing expenses accurately and efficiently.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and Executive Assistants across the wider business.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new team members as the London office continues to grow.
  • Assisting with team events, off-sites and wider operational initiatives.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless support across the business.


About You

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior stakeholders within investment banking, private equity, investment management or another fast-paced financial services environment.
  • Experience supporting front-office teams and multiple senior stakeholders within a demanding, client-facing environment.
  • Extensive experience managing highly complex diaries, international travel and constantly changing priorities.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to anticipate needs, use initiative and remain one step ahead.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
