Birchrose Associates is representing an award-winning international law firm seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join its Baker Street office.
The Firm
Our client, an award-winning and highly regarded international law firm, is seeking a professional Executive Assistant to join their Baker Street office.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant, providing first-class, commercially focused support to senior stakeholders within a busy Real Estate team. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to operate with discretion and confidence in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Duties to include:
Act as a professional ambassador for partners, managing diaries, appointments, travel, and inboxes to ensure smooth schedules and effective prioritisation
Take ownership of billing, compliance, WIP, and unpaid bills
Build strong relationships with partners through regular catch-ups, understanding their clients and priorities
Support marketing and BD activities, liaise with clients and external contacts, and coordinate events, seminars, and conferencesThis Executive Assistant position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm
Requirements
At least 4 years previous Legal PA / Executive Assistant experience within a law firm
Experience supporting a Real Estate team within a law firm (desirable)
Billing, diary, travel and inbox management (essential)Vacancy Highlights
