The Role
A prestigious global culinary school is seeking a Cuisine Chef Lecturer to deliver programmes across the classic and advanced culinary diplomas, and Bachelor of Culinary Arts.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver quality courses and materials to academic excellence standards.
- Use flexible, best-practice teaching methods that meet learner needs.
- Monitor student achievement and provide pastoral care.
- Support examinations, grading, and curriculum development.
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety protocols.
- Contribute to new programme initiatives and alternative delivery methods.
The Ideal Candidate
- Formal qualification in Cuisine.
- Minimum 15 years of global cheffing experience, including time in France.
- Hospitality leadership experience to an international standard.
- Previous training or teaching experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a motivated, professional team. xwzovoh
