The successful candidate will build on the schools’ strengths, maintain high standards and lead the continued development of teaching, learning and pastoral provision so that every child receives an exceptional education.

At Hyde Park, our values of nurture, high expectations, community, positivity, diversity and kindness underpin everything we do. Together, they reflect our shared ambition to unlock potential in everyone and ensure every child can flourish. We celebrate our diverse community and place creativity, innovation, collaboration, inclusion and professional growth at the heart of our approach.

We are looking for an Executive Headteacher who:

  • Has a proven track record of successful and effective leadership.
  • Has the vision and drive to raise standards where required while sustaining existing excellence.
  • Demonstrates an unwavering belief that all children can achieve highly, regardless of their background or starting point.
  • Champions outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Builds strong relationships with children, staff, governors, families and the wider community.
  • Inspires, motivates and develops others through strong and compassionate leadership.
  • Demonstrates a clear commitment to inclusion, equality and achievement for all.
  • Is committed to their own professional development and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will fulfil the professional responsibilities of a Headteacher, as set out in the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD).
