Executive Hospital Leader - Quality, Transformation & Care

The McIndoe Centre seeks an executive leader to oversee quality, safety, governance and clinical care across a multi-site NHS provider. You report to the Chief Executive and act as Registered Manager for CQC, driving performance and patient experience.

You will steer financial and operational outcomes, lead clinical support services and shape care excellence in line with NHS strategy, supported by a cross-functional leadership team and strong board engagement.
