Executive Kitchen Manager

BaxterStorey in Wrexham is seeking an innovative and inspiring Chef Manager to lead a small two-person team within the JCB Transmissions estate, delivering exceptional dishes in a dynamic kitchen while maintaining high standards and a strong guest focus. This is a Monday–Friday role with clear leadership responsibilities.

You will drive creative menus, manage budgeting and cost control, ensure health & safety compliance, mentor staff and foster a collaborative, inclusive kitchen culture.
