looking to expand from 10 to 13 consultants. Youll be joining a high-performing team that generates over
£1 million in revenue per consultant
annually. This is your chance to receive direct mentorship from directors with
50+ years of combined experience . You'll gain deep sector knowledge and become a trusted advisor to top-tier clients across the
UK, Europe, and USA . The Role: Executive Search Consultant As a consultant, you will become an expert in your market, supporting clients and sourcing top talent in the Investment Banking & Hedge Funds space. These are the key responsibilities : Industry Research
: Identify key trends and developments to inform client strategy. Market Mapping
: Analyse organisations and identify talent pools across the sector. Candidate Sourcing
: Use platforms, databases, and outreach to engage high-calibre professionals. Client Communication
: Deliver insightful reports, candidate profiles, and regular updates throughout the hiring process.
