Using marketing, business development and competitor intelligence to develop client contacts. ? Managing interviews, reviewing applications and shortlisting candidates for retained search assignments. ? Providing creative executive recruitment solutions to employer recruitment needs. ? Negotiating terms of engagement and fees with clients. ? Documenting client details, vacancy requirements and candidate profiles. Who This Suits ?
