The Role Youll be trained from the ground up to become an executive search consultant, working closely with senior consultants and clients to identify and engage exceptional talent. Your day-to-day will involve: Researching and mapping senior talent across specialist markets Building relationships with senior professionals and candidates Speaking with candidates and understanding their career ambitions Developing new business and client relationships Managing searches from initial brief through to successful placement Working closely with senior stakeholders and decision-makers What Theyre Looking For This isn't necessarily about previous recruitment experience. The business is looking for graduates who have the academic ability, ambition and personality to succeed in a competitive environment.
