The Role - Executive Search Consultant As an executive search consultant, you will work closely with experienced partners to deliver senior-level search assignments across multiple industries. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting detailed market mapping and competitor research Identifying and engaging exceptional executive talent Building long-term relationships with senior leaders and C-suite professionals Managing confidential search projects from briefing through to completion Producing market intelligence and candidate reports for clients Developing into a trusted advisor capable of influencing hiring decisions at board level This is a consultative role where quality, insight and relationship-building are valued above volume!
