Executive Sous Chef — Lead a 5★ Hotel Kitchen

Hastings Hotels is seeking a reliable Sous Chef for Ballygally Castle in Northern Ireland. You will assist the Head Chef, manage kitchen operations, and ensure top quality food standards aligned with Hastings’ 5* hygiene practices.
