ASOS is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner - Executive Search to identify, attract and secure leadership talent across Head of Department and Director-level roles for a fast-growing ecommerce fashion business.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, build premier leadership pipelines, and evolve assessment practices, including the Bar Raiser approach and inclusive hiring, while integrating AI-enabled tools to streamline processes. Hybrid work with 3 days in the office.
