Export Clerk

Our client is a well-established international freight forwarding and cross-border logistics provider. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Export Clerk (with the opportunity for a Senior Export Clerk title for candidates with advanced experience) to join a fast-paced late-shift operation. Working a 15:30 to 00:00 schedule, you will play a crucial role in processing evening export entries, preparing international shipping documentation, and ensuring all outbound shipments meet strict customs and airline deadlines.

• Documentation & Entry Processing: Accurately produce and process export documentation, including Master Air Waybills (MAWBs), House Air Waybills (HAWBs), commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
• Customs Compliance: Complete customs entries via customs clearance systems, ensuring full adherence to UK customs regulations, international trade laws, and tariff requirements.
