Export Gatway Sun - Thurs pm

We are recruiting for an experienced Air Export Gateway Coordinator to join a busy freight forwarding operation based at Heathrow.

The role will involve coordinating export air freight shipments, managing airline bookings and capacity, preparing customs documentation, and ensuring shipments meet operational deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate export air freight bookings and shipments
• Manage airline schedules, capacity, allocations and ULD builds
• Prepare export and customs documentation
• Liaise with airlines, handling agents, customers and internal teams
• Manage customer enquiries and meet agreed KPIs
• Complete CASS invoicing, cost accruals and month-end processes
• Ensure compliance with customs, security and company procedures
• Support continuous improvement and efficient day-to-day operations

• Previous Air Export Gateway experience – essential
• Good knowledge of Customs / CDS
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Freight forwarding experience
• CargoWise experience advantageous
• ASM Sequoia / WebCargo experience desirable

Sunday–Thursday, 9:00am–5:30pm
