Andras Hotels is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations in our Belfast hotel restaurants and bars. You will supervise shifts, support the development of the team, and ensure service quality and guest satisfaction is consistently delivered in line with health, safety and brand standards.

The role involves coaching staff, training colleagues, and deputising for the F&B leadership as required. A hands-on manager who can foster service excellence is essential.
