Position- Fabric Engineer/ Maintenance Operative (Fabric)

Location- Bullring, Birmingham

Core Responsibilities:

• Planned and reactive maintenance: painting, joinery, minor building repairs
• Update completed PPM tasks on computerised maintenance system
• Assist specialist subcontractors with PPM and reactive works
• Maintain accurate xwzovoh site records and documentation
