Fabric Engineer
to join a busy, high-profile commercial site in
Liverpool . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in
fabric maintenance, handyman duties, general building maintenance or labouring
who is looking to join a well-established business with excellent overtime opportunities. The Role
As a Fabric Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard, supporting the wider engineering team with both planned and reactive maintenance. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to reactive maintenance requests within the boilerhouse. Carrying out general painting and decorating to maintain the facility. Completing routine statutory monitoring and recording utility readings. Maintaining accurate shift logs and maintenance records. General cleaning and housekeeping within the boilerhouse. Assisting Mechanical and Electrical Engineers with planned and reactive maintenance activities. Answering maintenance calls and responding to site requests. Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety regulations. Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor with any additional maintenance tasks as required. What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a
Fabric Engineer, Handyman, Maintenance Operative, Caretaker, Building Maintenance Operative
or similar. General fabric maintenance skills, including basic repairs and painting & decorating. Experience working within commercial, industrial or other high-profile environments. A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider maintenance team. Full UK driving licence. What's On Offer?
