Fabric Maintenance Handyperson

Position: Fabric Maintenance Handyperson Type:     Permanent Basic:     Circa £30,000 - Mon-Fri Location: York We are recruiting for a Maintenance Handyperson based in the York area covering the maintenance of a large scale estate. The role will involve general handyperson aspects of building maintenance including compliance checks, general building upkeep, basic trades etc. The role is a permanent position paying circa £30,000 basic. Mon-Fri 1pm-9pm (flexibility with start and finish times) Handyperson Duties: Completing general PPM and reactive maintenance Basic plumbing Basic fabric maintenance Caretaking and porterage Tap temps Emergency light checks All ad- hoc maintenance tasks   Requirements: Previous experience of Handyperson or fabric maintenance Able to complete PPM and reactive maintenance Ideally to have estate or facilities experience To be able to complete compliance checks Able to clear a vetting check If you are interested then please click the APPLY button now PRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.
