Job Summary Our client is looking for an experienced Fabric Technician to join their maintenance team at a large commercial estate in Battersea, London. This is a well-supported role, carrying out general fabric maintenance and repair works across the estate. You'll complete both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, working closely with the Fabric Manager and wider maintenance team to ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have a background in carpentry or painting & decorating, with experience in commercial maintenance or a similar environment. You'll need to be reliable, hardworking, professional, and confident when dealing with clients
Key Responsibilities Carry out general fabric maintenance and repair works across the estate. Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks. Undertake carpentry, decorating, and other fabric maintenance works. Carry out service and maintenance works across a large commercial estate. Provide a professional, client-facing service at all times. Work closely with the Fabric Manager and wider maintenance team.
Requirements Ideally, a background in carpentry or painting & decorating Experience carrying out general fabric maintenance and repair works Customer-focused with a strong eye for detail Good communication skills and a professional manner
