Working Pattern – Dayshift Only * Monday – Thursday * 7:00am – 5:15pm * Enjoy a 4-day working week * Regular weekly overtime available Pay Rates * Dayshift Rate: £22 per hour * Attractive overtime rates available * Paid via CIS or PAYE Umbrella (flexible options available) * Enhanced overtime rates during 13-week probation period Key Responsibilities * Working from detailed engineering and fabrication drawings * Fabricating and welding structural steel and aluminium components * MIG and TIG welding (including aluminium work) * Cutting, grinding, shaping, and assembling steel structures * Operating fabrication equipment and overhead cranes * Carrying out quality checks to tight tolerances * Working closely with supervisors and team members to deliver high-quality output What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in structural steel fabrication and welding * Strong MIG and TIG welding skills * Confident in reading and interpreting engineering drawings * High attention to detail with pride in workmanship * Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented approach This role offers the opportunity to become a permanent employee following successful completion of a 13-week probationary period, providing long-term stability and career security
