Facilities & Admin Coordinator

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Beith is seeking a Facilities Management Co-ordinator to deliver excellent service while meeting SLA targets. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £27,000–£29,000 per annum.

You will work on-site at the Defence Infrastructure Organisation site, Beith, supporting admin and facilities tasks. Key duties include managing calls, processing purchase orders, CAFM system tasks, monthly reporting, and coordinating waste services and PPE orders.
