Job Title: Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Chirnside Plant, TD11 3JW
Salary: Up to £35,500 per annum + Site Bonus (Salary increases upon completion of training)
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator
to join our team at the Chirnside plant.
This role offers a dynamic mix of practical upkeep and administrative coordination, working alongside an experienced Maintenance team to gain valuable exposure across site operations, contractor management, and utility functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain site presentation through general upkeep, minor repairs, painting, and grounds maintenance.
Support site utilities, including fire systems, water/effluent treatment plants, and waste management.
Manage site contractors, organize maintenance improvements, and supervise seasonal summer staff.
Handle administrative tasks including SAP processing (POs, invoices, receipts) and updating maintenance records.
Support Facilities Operators to maintain high hygiene standards and oversee recycling streams.
Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental protocols.
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in grounds maintenance or facilities caretaking.
Strong IT skills (experience with SAP is a strong advantage).
Close attention to detail with pride in maintaining top-tier site standards.
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
Strong safety focus and punctual work ethic.
