Facilities Manager: Lead Hard & Soft Services (25 Days)

PRS LTD is seeking a Total Facilities Manager in Wrexham to oversee hard and soft services on a commercial estate. You will manage engineering/maintenance, cleaning and catering, ensure service levels and statutory compliance, and lead the PPM and reactive maintenance programs.

The role involves coordinating external contractors, overseeing catering and security, and maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-presented workplace for staff and visitors.
