Facilities Operations Officer

Global Highland are seeking a proactive, organised, and hands-on Operations Manager for our client a short-term rental business based in Inverness.This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring all properties consistently meet the highest standards while driving operational efficiency, team performance, and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, lead the operations team, and continuously improve systems and processes. Carry out thorough daily pre-arrival inspections. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Oversee payroll processes and staffing budgets Lead and manage operational projects. Monitor operational performance through data analysis and reporting. Driving License and the confidence to drive around the city. Strong organisational and planning skills. Full time permanent role £You will be required to work 5 days per week including regular weekends. Driving License and own vehicle required ?
