With significant investment in people, technology, and operational excellence, the company is committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and innovative production environment.Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities & Reliability Engineer to join their engineering team.This position offers a varied and rewarding role combining hands-on engineering, facilities management, asset reliability, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What's on Offer25 days annual leave + bank holidaysOvertime available at 1.5xCompany pension schemeCycle to Work schemeOngoing training and professional developmentEmployee assistance programme with confidential support servicesFlexible and family-friendly policiesLong-term career progression opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative engineering environmentThe RoleAs a Facilities & Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of critical site services and infrastructure.Working as part of a well-established engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting and improving a wide range of plant services including electrical distribution, HVAC systems, compressed air systems, extraction equipment, water and gas distribution networks, fire protection systems, and other essential site infrastructure.This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys a balance of practical problem-solving, reliability improvement, maintenance planning, and project involvement. xwzovoh Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and maintain a strong safety culture across site operationsEnsure critical facilities and infrastructure operate safely and efficientlyDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategiesMonitor asset performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and uptimeConduct root cause analysis and investigate equipment failuresSupport capital investment projects and engineering improvementsCoordinate engineering resources to meet operational requirementsWork collaboratively with engineering, operations, and external service providersWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience within facilities engineering, utilities engineering, maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, or a similar role within manufacturingStrong understanding of both mechanical and electrical engineering principlesHNC, HND, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, or Engineering-related disciplineExperience working with site services such as HVAC, compressed air systems, electrical infrastructure, utilities, or process support equipmentKnowledge of preventive maintenance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience using CMMS systems (SAP experience advantageous)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesKnowledge of boilers, fire protection systems, industrial utilities, or site infrastructure would be advantageousAbout Interaction RecruitmentInteraction Recruitment has specialist consultants operating across key sectors, including:Technical & EngineeringIndustrialCommercialFinance & ITHospitalityWe provide both permanent and temporary recruitment solutions nationwide.Apply NowFor more information or to discuss this opportunity further:Reegan Turney INDTE
