Facilities Service Administrator - Data & Maintenance Support

Circle Health Group in Glasgow is seeking a Facilities Administrator to join the National Enquiry Centre team. The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, based in Hillington.

You will support daily facilities operations, process data for MMS and EBME systems, handle enquiries by phone and email, and coordinate with external providers. Strong IT skills and attention to detail are essential.
