If you have experience in a similar role within FMCG, Food & drink manufacturing or equivalent, apply now for an immediate response The Job Youll Do; Reporting to the General Manager, the Factory Manager is responsible for Production, including Warehouse and Hygiene (Dayshift & Nightshift). Overseeing all aspects of daily production and facilitating effective collaboration. Ensuring that the facility operates to Company standards in Health & Safety, food safety, sustainability and environment. Utilising the ERP system to ensure maximum efficiency Ensure production plans are delivered on time, in full, and to required quality standards Drive improvements in efficiency, yield and waste reduction. Manage recruitment and training of production, warehouse and hygiene teams. Closely liaise with the Supply Chain, Technical, NPD, H&S and HR departments Lead staff engagement and manage in line with company values Crisis Management About You; Proven experience in a Managerial role within Food/Drink/FMCG (highly desirable) Relevant technical qualifications are desirable, but not essential (Degree, HND, HND etc.) Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to motivate, inspire and guide teams to achieve goals Experience improving processes, productivity and performance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of health & safety and regulatory compliance Comfortable working with ERP systems and production data TPBN1_UKTJ
