Factory Operative Witham £12.71 per hour Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 2:30pm Temp to Perm Opportunity We are recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in Witham. The company specialises in the manufacture of high-quality windows and associated products, and this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a manufacturing environment. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. The role would suit someone who is reliable, hands-on and comfortable working in a busy factory environment. Duties of the Factory Operative: Loading and unloading machinery Basic machine operation Measuring materials accurately Assembly of products Using a range of hand tools Carrying out quality control checks General production duties as required Following company health & safety procedures Requirements: P revious manufacturing and production experience required Able to use basic hand tools Good attention to detail Comfortable with repetitive lifting and manual work Reliable and hardworking Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Safety boots are required Hours & Pay: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm Pay: £12.71 per hour INDIJ
