Family-Centred Early Intervention Lead

Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking an experienced Early Intervention Lead to shape and lead a new team delivering family-centred interventions for children, young people and families.

You will supervise Early Intervention Key Workers, oversee referrals, monitor outcomes and work with partner services to secure coordinated support, while promoting safeguarding and continuous service improvement.
