Family Help Team Leader – Child Safeguarding & Support

Portsmouth City Council is seeking an experienced Team Leader to cover a Maternity on a 1 Year Fixed term Contract within Family Help.

You will lead a team of Social Workers and Family Help Lead Practitioners, ensuring high-quality, safe and proportionate practice across early help, Children in Need and safeguarding work while supporting professional development through reflective supervision and mentoring.
