Family Law Lead Solicitor – Hybrid Role (Norfolk)

Reed is seeking a Family Solicitor for a regional firm in Norfolk with hybrid working. The candidate will head up a small department, support a trainee, and work with full admin support in a long-established firm offering a competitive salary and a great work-life balance.

Requirements include 3+ PQE, experience in predominantly public family work, a seat on Family and Children panels, and a drive to progress and lead a team. Knowledge of divorce and financial matters is desirable.
