I'm working with a long-standing North West practice that is looking to add an experienced Family Solicitor with Children Panel Accreditation to their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants high-quality work, a supportive environment, and a role where advocacy is a key part of the job.

The Role

You'll handle a caseload focused on child care matters, guardianship work, and legal aid files, with the chance to take on privately funded cases too. Advocacy experience is essential, as this is a Solicitor/Advocate position.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years PQE
• Strong guardianship and childcare experience
• Confident advocate
• Solid understanding of legal aid
• Commercially aware with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
• Resilient, empathetic, and comfortable supporting vulnerable clients
