Responsibilities
- Manage an autonomous caseload of publicly funded Childcare matters, handling a range of issues.
- Work as part of a close-knit team alongside the Child Panel and Family Panel members and contribute to the team's development.
- Participate in panel membership applications and related professional development.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor, ideally with 2 years PQE; applications from all PQEs considered with strong background in Family Law.
- Passionate about Family Law with a strong work ethic and commitment to clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support development of the department.
