Job Title: Family Solicitor
Service Care Solutions is currently working alongside a well-known professional law firm based in Manchester, which is in need of a Family Solicitor. The role will entail dealing with a variety of interesting and challenging caseloads (both Legal Aid and private Family Law matters).
The firm is open to individuals with NQ-5 years PQE in Family Law.
They can pay a salary of £30,000 - £45,000 annum depending upon experience.
The successful candidate will deal with the following types of matters from start to completion:
- Divorce & finances – legally aided and private law
- Domestic Abuse – both legally aided and private law
- Care proceedings – public law proceedings
- Private Law children’s proceedings – both legally aided and private law
