The Role
Workingcloselywithseniorleadershipwithinthedepartment,youwilladviseonasophisticatedcaseloadspanningdivorce,complexfinancialremedyproceedings,privatechildrenmattersandpre-andpost-nuptialagreements.
Theteamhasaparticularlystrongreputationforhigh-net-worthandcomplexfamilymatters,includingcasesinvolvinginternationalconsiderations,businessinterests,trusts,pensionsandsubstantialpropertyportfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Managingavariedcaseloadofcomplexdivorce,financialremedyandprivatechildrenmatters
- Advisingonhigh-valuecasesinvolvingbusinesses,trusts,pensionsandothercomplexassetstructures
- Draftingandadvisingonpre-andpost-nuptialagreements
- WorkingcloselywithPartnersonparticularlycomplexorhigh-valuematters
- Supervisingandsupportingjuniorsolicitors,traineesandparalegals
About You
- QualifiedSolicitor,ideallywith5+years'PQEinfamilylaw
- Strongexperiencehandlingcomplexfinancialremedyandprivatefamilymatters
- Experienceofcomplexassetstructures,includingbutnotlimitedtoprivatelimitedcompanies,trusts,definedbenefitpensionsandSIPPs/SSASs.
- Experiencesupervisinganddevelopingjuniorlawyers
