Family Solicitor – Cheshire – Hybrid £65k (2 days in the office)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely loves family law, takes pride in their work, and thrives on delivering a high standard of client care. The firm is seeking a warm, approachable professional whom clients trust and colleagues enjoy working with.

We are looking for an experienced solicitor who can manage a mixed family caseload, including divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their work, deliver excellent client service, and contribute to the continued growth of the department. The role is well‑supported with trainee solicitor/paralegal assistance and centralised typing support, allowing you to focus on your clients and the quality of your work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed family caseload including divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters.
• Take ownership of work, deliver excellent client service, and contribute to department growth.
