Family Solicitor

A full-time, permanent Family Solicitor position is available in Essex, offering a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum depending on experience. The role is suited to a solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE who will manage a mixed caseload covering private and publicly funded family law matters. Typical work includes divorce, financial disputes, and children proceedings. Joining this established legal firm, you will handle complex cases and provide direct client support. The position requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to work on both funded and private instructions. This is a chance to develop your career within a respected Essex practice. THE CANDIDATE: Family Solicitors with circa 2-4 years of experience handling a varied caseload of family law matters. Experience in Family Legal Aid is essential and the ability to conduct your own Advocacy desirable. It would also be beneficial to have experience in Public Law Childcare work.
