We are looking for an outstanding Female Bank Support Workers with a passion for delivering excellent care. You will be working 42 hours per week (days,nights,weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Kensington Gardens. You'll be working shifts:- 7am 7pm, 8am 8pm, 10am 10pm and waking nights 7pm 7am. Kensington Gardens in Darlington provides four tenancies, the service is focused on empowering individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.

Your Day-to-Day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individual s specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
