Role: Female Enhanced & Complex Care Support Worker Location: Harleston Hours: Monday–Sunday | Days: 7am–3pm & 3pm–10pm | Nights: 10pm–7am Rate of Pay: £13.89 per hour, up to £15.39 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (T’s & C’s apply) Be Part of the Journey Our new Harleston service is currently in transition, with the service expected to start later in the year. You can join us from the beginning and be part of the transition, helping build relationships, establish routines and create a positive environment. Alternatively, we can consider candidates who would prefer to start later in the year when the service opens. Your Role You’ll support people with enhanced and complex needs to develop independence, build confidence and achieve their personal goals. Your role is to: Empower independence, no matter how big or small the step Offer emotional support when it’s needed most Encourage people to reconnect with life through community activities, routines and personal goals Help individuals feel heard, respected and valued Support with personal care where required Follow Positive Behaviour Support plansFrom a walk in the park to a breakthrough moment of trust, you’ll be part of it all.
