Location: Byfleet, Surrey
Salary: £13.09 per hour, £25,525.50 per annum plus benefits
Hours: 37.5hrs per week, permanent
Driving Licence: UK Manual Driving Licence preferred, but not essential
Visa Sponsorships: Not available

This is a physical, hands-on role , and to succeed youll have:
Good spoken and written English
A full UK manual driving licence

As a Support Worker, youll help people live fuller, more independent lives by: Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime
Planning and enjoying person-centred activities walks, shopping and trips out
Building trusted, respectful relationships that support confidence and wellbeing
Keeping clear and accurate records
Working closely with colleagues and professionals
This is a role where building strong relationships is just as important as providing practical support.

Who Youll Be Supporting
Were looking for compassionate, resilient support workers to empower young adults as they take the exciting step into their new homes. You will be supporting individuals who have complex needs - including autism, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and physical disabilities - helping them thrive in their new homes.
We are looking for experienced, patient and upbeat support workers who can bring energy and empathy to daily living, mobility and emotional wellbeing. If you're ready to be part of something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you!
