We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our waking night team - Is that person you?!
We are recruiting a Female Waking Night Support Worker for our Registered Mental Health Residential Home in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent.
Support Worker Duties:
Providing respectful personal care, practical and emotional support, Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users, Collaborating with colleagues, families and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.
Creative Support's Development Pathway offers a structured induction and values-led training to help staff grow from entry-level to leadership roles. It empowers career progression through tailored learning aligned with national strategies and the WE CARE framework.
