Field-Based Growth Executive — Uncapped Commission

Flourish is seeking a Customer Growth Executive to cover Caerphilly and surrounding areas. This field-based role puts you in front of clients, driving growth, negotiating deals, and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You will build a strong pipeline, maintain accurate records, and work toward ambitious targets. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential to succeed in this role.
