Field-Based HRBP: Shape People Strategy

Certain Advantage is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with the Managing Director, shaping workforce strategy across a multi-site operation in Scotland. The role is field-based with travel across Lothian, Fife, Glasgow and Tayside.
