You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.In this role, you will:Carry out care assessments and regular reviewsMonitor the wellbeing and safety of clientsSupport and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervisionHelp foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideasEnsure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheldYou’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.Ready to take the next step in your rewarding care career?
