Experience in social care at a supervisory levelA well-organised, self-motivated approachAvailability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call dutiesA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleAt least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UKA day in the life of a Field Care SupervisorAs a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.In this role, you will:Carry out care assessments and regular reviewsMonitor the wellbeing and safety of clientsSupport and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervisionHelp foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideasEnsure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheldYou’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.Ready to take the next step in your rewarding care career?
