Previous care experience is helpful but not essential.

What Youll Be Doing:
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will support clients in their own homes with daily activities that help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Your responsibilities may include:
Personal care and hygiene support
Assisting with medication where trained
Meal preparation and nutritional support
Companionship and emotional wellbeing
Shopping and community visits
Mobility and independence support
Light household duties
Maintaining accurate care records
Staff spot checks
Care assessments
On-Call duty (extra pay)
No two days are the same, and every visit makes a meaningful difference to someones life.
Essential Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A Full UK Driving Licence
Access to your own vehicle
The right to work in the UK
Good communication skills
Availability to work alternate weekends
* Applicants must be within a realistic travel distance and ideally have access to their own vehicle.
