Are you an experienced care professional looking for a change?Come and join the Agincare family as a Field Care Supervisor!Where you'll be workinglocation Witney https://www.agincare.com/news/home-care-witney/Care Quality Commission rating - https://www.cqc.org.uk/location/1-12648802407As an Agincare Employee you'll enjoyUp to £27,500 per year Refer a friend scheme earn up to £1000Mileage 32p per mileOutstanding Career DevelopmentFully funded training up to QCF Level 5Blue Light care discount package Company pension schemeWhat is required from you?Level 3 or working towards level 3 in health and social care  A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UKFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleDemonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory levelWell organised and self-motivatedMust be available for 40 hours per week including weekends A day in the life of a Field Care SupervisorAs a Field Care Supervisor, you will be a main point of contact for day-to-day support, guidance and information to allocated clients and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring and checking the health, well-being of clients and staff by using face to face visits, telephone calls and monitoring care records.You will undertake assessments, and re-assessments of care needs and risk manage clients to ensure that their care plans reflect their needs and are person-centred.You will ensure that arrangements are in place to safeguard clients against the risk of abuse, and ensure that staff receive appropriate training and support to deliver care safely and feel confident to highlight any potential issues.You will conduct regular supervisions and reviews with team members to review competency and promote personal development.The role will include some responsibility for on-call and may involve working some weekends.About AgincareWe’re a family run business that’s been caring and supporting  people since 1986.
