Field Officer
Brightwork are looking for motivated and customer-focused temporary Field Officers to support the annual electoral registration process. This role involves visiting households that have not responded to electoral registration requests, encouraging residents to complete their forms or register online, and helping to maintain accurate electoral records.
No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting people, and providing a valuable public service within their local community. This is a full time role but part time hours may be an option. Please note, you must have a drivers licence and vehicle for this role.
Your Time at Work
As a Field Officer, you will:
- Visit allocated addresses where electoral forms have not been returned.
- Speak with members of the public and provide guidance on completing forms.
- Encourage residents to register online or return completed forms.
- Collect completed forms and return them for processing.
- Maintain accurate visit records and handle confidential information appropriately.
- Work independently to manage your workload and meet deadlines.
- Attend training sessions and assist with general administrative duties when required.
