Field Retail Support Manager – Lead Projects & Teams

Momentum Instore is seeking a Retail Support Manager to lead field teams across Scotland, the North East of England and Ireland. This field-based role requires hands-on leadership, people development, and strong client liaison to deliver retail displays and projects to high standards.

You will manage, coach and train field staff, ensure safety and compliance, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to maximise store performance and margins.
