Field Sales Engineer - Machine Tools Location: Southwest England & South Wales Salary: £50,000 basic + Lucrative Commission structure + BMW company car + pension + expenses We're looking for an experienced Application Engineer, Machine Tool Engineer or Tooling Sales professional who is ready to take the next step into a customer-facing sales role. You'll be joining an established machine tool business, selling high-quality CNC machine tools to SME manufacturers. The Role Your week will be heavily customer-focused, with Monday to Thursday spent visiting customers, developing relationships and generating new enquiries. Discuss technical solutions confidently and build strong relationships. You ' ll be responsible for promoting and selling a range of machine tools, including: SMEC / Samsung machine tools Sliding-head lathes Zopo horizontal machining centres CNC turning and machining solutions Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate will come from a technical machine tool background and be looking to move into sales. Particularly interested in: Applications Engineers looking to progress into sales Machine Tool Engineers Tooling Sales Engineers Technical Sales Engineers CNC / machining professionals with strong customer skills Personable and commercially minded person Package £50,000 basic salary Strong commission structure F ull technical/product, commercial and sales training will be provided.
